WHO AM I?

A Little Bit About Me

Hi, I’m Sandra! Using my knowledge and experience gained from my background in nursing, public health, and environmental health, interlaced with my additional experience in coaching, energy work, sound acupressure, sound therapy, nutrition, and qigong, I can support you holistically. I can work with you to identify your stressors, and offer practical, easy to follow lifestyle changes that nourish and nurture your mind, body and soul.

In today’s fast-paced society, organisations are seeking solutions to improve the health and well-being of their employees, as they recognise that a healthy workforce leads to happier, motivated staff. This delivers an increase in productivity, reduction in sickness and an increase in revenue.
We will provide your organisation with:

  • Employee stress and wellbeing assessments, incorporating the eight dimensions of health (as recognised by the World Health Organisation)

Individuals

For some the pace of life has increased tenfold, leading us to look for solutions to support the mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of our lives. Taking responsibility for our well-being is a key priority to prevent burnout.

I will provide support with the eight dimensions of wellness, and identify the impact that these areas are affecting your total well-being:

I will provide bespoke health and well-being plans, as everyone’s needs are personal to them.

In-person sessions are recommended, however, most of the sessions can be delivered online.

Our Specialist Services

Stress and Well-being Assessments

These assessments have been verified by the Heart Math Institute. And will give you a detailed analysis of the stressors in your life

Sound Acupressure

Using specially made stainless steel tuning forks on the acupressure points of the body, these treatments will leave you feeling deeply relaxed and ‘in tune’ with you.

Tama Do Sound Harmonisation

Working with the acoustic sounds of nature, this is an hour-long session of pure bliss. Lay back listen and allow the sound to resonate with you on a cellular level.

Gut Health Workshops

Delivered in person or online, this workshop provides an in-depth look at the foods we are eating and the effects not only on our gut and physical health but how it influences our mental and emotional health. This workshop will also include nutritional advice and a gut health plan. The normal size of a group is between 12-15 persons and delivered in 2.5-3 hour sessions.

Shibashi Tai Chi Qigong

Qigong is an ancient movement form often used in Chinese medicine. It may relieve anxiety and depression, lowers blood pressure, strengthen the immune and respiratory system, relieve chronic pain, and improve overall health and well-being, but most of all leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. These sessions are led by a qualified shibashi tai chi qigong session leader.

Retreats

Corporate retreats include team-building sessions, workshops, Tama Do sound harmonisation, meditation breathwork and shibashi tai chi qigong. These are tailored to the organisation’s needs.

A spring and autumn retreat is run on an annual basis for individuals which includes creative (art, dance) and health and wellbeing workshops, qigong, yoga, pilates, meditation and breathwork

Phenomenal Women’s Workshops

Small and Intimate workshops designed for women who may have multi responsibilities of running their home, supporting their spouse/ families, parenting their children, managing a business or working in the corporate world.

These workshops will provide you with a support network, and the opportunity for real talk with real solutions, that when practised will provide the balance that is required to prevent burnout. The theme for each workshop will be advertised 3 months in advance.

Tailored workshops can be designed for community groups.
